Description

The Tyrannotitan is an incredibly large bleed-based apex carnivore. It has a long, slender body and fast movement speed compared to other similarly sized creatures. It has a narrow snout that ends in a downwards curve, as well as incredibly tiny, useless arms. Its most prominent abilities center around bleed and mobility, which caters to a unique pursuit-based playstyle

Tyrannotitan is a large theropod dinosaur that lived during the Early Cretaceous about 100 million years ago, in what is now Argentina. It belongs to the Carcharodontosauridae family, alongside Giganotosaurus, Mapusaurus, and Concavenator. It reached lengths of about 11.6 meters long (38 ft), and weighed as much as 7 tons.

Trivia

• Tyrannotitan is the first DLC dino to be added to the game, being released December 22nd, 2024. Originally it was scheduled for after the full release of the game but was added early.
• Titan initially required an additional game purchase in the form of the Bloodsoaked Tyrannotitan Pack to be playable. Due to feedback from the community, this was changed within a few hours and Tyrannotitan was added to the Base Game roster.
• Titan is the first official creature to be released in a Skin Pack, initially being purchasable alongside 3 skins: Bloodthirsty, Scorched, and its Backer skin. After Tyrannotitan was added to the Base Game roster, the Bloodsoaked pack was changed to no longer include its backer skin, and two new skins were added to the pack: Smolder, and Ember.
• Titan's calls were created by mixing a baritone guitar with aggressive elephant roars.
• Several of its skins were inspired by real-life animals; Amoena was based on a Castianeria Amoena spider, Petrified was based on a Desert Spiny Lizard, Tragopan was based on Cabot's Tragopan, and its baby skin was based on a copper-headed trinket snake.
